“Puwedeng tumulong sa lahat ng panahon,” says Justin Cinco (Part 2)

Public service is a duty that anyone can take up. There is no rule that says you need to be in a position of power to help your fellow man. It doesn’t limit the amount of money and time that you will be able to contribute to your community. Showing kindness and compassion knows no limits. 

If you have the heart of public service within you, and the will to act on it, then there’s no reason not to do so. No one understands this more than private citizen Justin Cinco. Though he holds no official position in the municipality of Santa Cruz, this has not kept him from dedicating his years to the people of this loving community. 

As part of a humanitarian organization, Mr. Cinco has committed himself to projects that cover disaster preparedness and relief efforts. And now as part of Team Jaime Lao, he hopes to accomplish more by being part of a team that has one clear goal in mind: to develop and enrich the Municipality of Santa Cruz for the benefit of all.
