Jun Salipot – sa pagkakaroon ng maraming scholar: “Kahit mahirap ako, puwede pa rin akong makatulong sa iba.”

Wealth is not the only means of helping others. If there is a will there is a way. This thinking perfectly describes the efforts of Barangay Kagawad Jun Salipot. Throughout his terms as a Barangay Kagawad, Mr. Salipot has strived to provide quality public service to the people of Santa Cruz in Davao del Sur. One of his proudest achievements is supporting the youth of his community by providing scholarships to students. And even after fifteen years of public service he still wants to do more. Together, as part of Team Jaime Lao, which he fondly spoke of as upstanding reliable businessmen, they plan to continue the momentum of positive change in Santa Cruz by focusing on development, supplying basic benefits, and improved social infrastructure.
