In 2025, opportunities for Filipinos abroad show no signs of slowing down. While many work in the United States, OFWs continue to gain prominence in other parts of the world.

With the recent signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Slovenia, the DMW has secured another gateway for employment in Europe. As more European countries actively seek Filipino workers, the DMW views this as the beginning of a strong bilateral relationship.
